The ideal cleaning person will be responsible for the following
Responsibilities:
Sweeps, dust mops, wet mops floors, stairways, corridors to ensure cleanliness, empty trash bins, cleaning and sanitizing offices, meeting rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, some apartment cleaning for move/in move/outs etc.

Determines type of chemicals and equipment necessary for specific cleaning tasks Dust furniture and scrub surfaces clean Clean and services restrooms with mops and disinfectants Performs routine maintenance of housekeeping equipment Identifies cleaning problems and determines appropriate remedies Take initiative in cleaning duties May require to work alone or in teams Stock Supplies/ Office Equipment Communicate with Supervisor of supply ordering and any problems noticed on properties.
Must have prior experience in cleaning.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Must speak English and have strong communication skills.
