Quick Apply Full-time 9 days ago Full Job Description Bilingual (Japanese & English) Planning Analyst, inventory control Our client is a successful international company, and we are currently looking for a potential candidate who is fluent in Japanese and English for our client.
At this bilingual (Japanese and English) planning analyst role, you will be handing, analyzing and planning inventory and sales data, and working with various departments in the company.
You will be providing support to managers and communicating with the overseas office in Japanese and English.

Some of the main roles:
Maintain, prepare and process data in the company's internal system for the product model information, price schedules, sales, sales forecast, and purchasing.
Analyze and manage data in the company's forecast system.
Create monthly forecast reports and distribute them to the consumer product department, as well as to the Japan Office.
Review and update purchase plans based upon the forecast, customers' requirements, market, and the product models' performance.
Receive and compile sales-related data about the market, and enter the most updated data into the system in a timely manner for the sales and marketing team.
Communicate with Tokyo Office in relates to the incoming products, logistics, sales and administration.
Other tasks may be assigned by managers as needed.
Some of the minimum qualification requirements:
Fluent in Japanese and English.
Authorized to work in the US permanently without a visa sponsorship.
A valid US driver's license and a car.
(Please note that there is no public transportation near the facility.
) Able to use Excel(PivotTable to run VLookups).
Prior planning, sales support, inside sales, inventory control, warehouse or logistics experience would be helpful.
Able to start in 2 weeks once you receive a job offer.
Compensation:
$50,000 to $55,000 DOE FLSA:
Exempt This is a full-time position with benefits.
