Job Description Locally owned two store Domino's franchise looking for responsible, friendly, hard-working people to join our team! Do you enjoy talking on the phone? Do you like interacting with people? Then this is the job for you! As a Customer Service Representative you are the first point of contact with our customers.
Whether on the phone or walking into the store you will be their first impression.
What's on your menu? What's the best deal? What's your favorite? These are all questions that our customers might ask and it's your job to let them know.
The CSR position is a great way to get started in a career with Domino's.
From here you can learn several aspects of the store's operations including but not limited to food preparation, oven tending, quality control and ultimately management and franchising.
Qualifications You must be at least 16 years old.
Have the ability to communicate with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
Possess the ability to add and subtract accurately and quickly.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
