checking and processing non-pay cancellations, completing change requests, issuing certificates, client billing issues, processing endorsements and premium audits, processing Bonds, answering phones and directing Clients.
Requirements - Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite preeferred (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
