Learn more about us at HR Generalist Expectations This is a new position at Fania Roofing and you'll work hand-in-hand with leadership to craft winning HR and recruiting strategies.
You will juggle multiple tasks, projects and responsibilities as the HR Generalist for Fania Roofing.
We will look to you to streamline the hiring process and implement recruitment strategies.
As a fast growing company, we have an ongoing need to hire roofers- you will be responsible for sourcing and hiring field labor and other positions to meet our growth goals.
You will build, develop and nurture candidate relationships, as well as relationships with organizations that provide recruiting opportunities.
You will collaborate with the Management Team to set and achieve strategic initiatives.
It will be your responsibility to maintain employee files and handle new hire essentials.
We expect you to support our Safety Program by tracking certifications, monitoring re-certifications, and promptly notifying managers of upcoming expiration dates.
You will be involved in and actively contribute to leadership development initiatives.
You will ensure compliance with applicable state and federal laws as well as Fania's HR policies and procedures.
You'll be collaborating closely with multiple stakeholders, including employees, leadership and candidates.
You must be comfortable interacting with people via email, in-person and on the phone.
You'll be solving issues quickly and efficiently, adapting to changes to ensure the candidate and employee experience is excellent, while being mindful of professional boundaries.
When challenges arise, maintain a positive attitude and a calm demeanor as you work towards a solution.
