Our Dover Alloy division supplies vacuum and air-melted nickel- and cobalt-based superalloys to internal and external customers.
Our Dover, New Jersey Casting Operation has an immediate need for a Wax Team Work Cell Operator in our Wax department.
This is a Midnight Shift Position (10:30 PM - 6:00 AM) and will train on Day Shift for a minimum of 3 weeks (6:30 AM - 2:30 PM)
POSITION OVERVIEW
This job assists in the set up and creation of wax molds.
ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH & SAFETY RESPONSIBILITES
+ Expected to assist in the implementation of EHS Values and policy statements and accompanying principals.
+ Comply with all department, facility, corporate and regulatory EHS regulations.
+ Wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE).
+ Report all job-related illness and injuries (Per Employee Handbook).
+ Report all safety, health and environmental concerns to your supervisor in a timely manner.
+ Attend all EHS training.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
+ Adapt and perform various manufacturing tasks to support schedules.
+ Regular Duties include: Wax Injection, Wax Inspection, Wax Setup (assembly), Core Prep, and use of Aussie Bds.
+ Job can include variety of assignments
+ Other duties as might be assigned by supervision.
+ Performs cell support duties
+ Must successfully pass wax cell training program and vision testing requirements

+ Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds
+ Frequent standing and sitting

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
