Job Description:


Morris County, New Jersey based professional services firm is seeking a hands-on Accountant/Full Charge Bookkeeper. Position is responsible will include Payroll using ADP, Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable, Billing, Accounting Applications including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Budgeting functions, ad-hoc projects and more


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:


A/R , A/P using Quick Books


Reconcile bank and investment accounts


Monitor company cash flow


Monthly analysis and reporting on P&Ls, Balance Sheets and Cash Flow


Prepare financial statements and reports using Quick Books and Excel


Budget planning


Administer company benefits/Assist in all HR activities


Administer/Update Medical and 401K/Profit Share plans working with outside professionals


Qualifications/Requirements:


ADP payroll Experience


BA/BS in Accounting


QuickBooks Experience

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
